The European Society of Culture (SEC) brings longstanding experience and an international network that can contribute to European projects addressing policy, culture, democracy, European identity, historical memory, intercultural dialogue, civic engagement, and the relationship between cultural heritage and contemporary societal challenges.
Since its foundation, the SEC has promoted international intellectual and cultural exchange, bringing together scholars, writers, artists, cultural organisations, and institutional actors from different European and international contexts. Its international network, historical archives, editorial activities, and experience in organising intellectual and cultural initiatives provide a valuable platform for dissemination, stakeholder engagement, knowledge exchange, cultural dialogue, and cooperation among academic, cultural, civil-society, and institutional communities.
Within European projects, the SEC can contribute in particular to activities related to communication and dissemination, stakeholder and community engagement, cultural and intercultural dialogue, networking, public events, knowledge exchange, and the communication of research and project outcomes to wider cultural and civic audiences.
The SEC is registered in the European Commission’s Funding & Tenders Portal
